  1. Perancangan Media Promosi Desain Aplikasi Mobile Tentang Tepung Mocaf Pengganti Tepung Terigu Pada UMKM Arum Ayu Healthy Local Food

    Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a category of small-scale businesses that are believed to be able to contribute to the Indonesian economy. One of the most preferred MSME businesses, even by young people, is the culinary business. One of them is MSME Arum Ayu Healthy Local Food as a supplier of gluten-free cassava flour (mocaf flour) in Tangerang Banten, in addition to selling raw materials for mocaf flour, it also provides a variety of Indonesian food made from tuber flour (gluten-free). Mocaf flour is a modification of cassava flour with a fermentation technique so that the resulting product has characteristics similar to wheat flour, soft white and no cassava taste so that the viscosity is better. Not many people are familiar with mocaf flour and its benefits and this is an obstacle for Arum Ayu Healthy Local Food SMEs in distributing their products. Therefore, Arum Ayu Healthy Local Food SMEs in carrying out promotions using online media mobile applications, where mobile applications are made with a visual approach in order to provide education about mocaf flour and build partnerships to expand business networks through resellers or drop shippers.

    Telkomsel Poin merupakan program retention bagi seluruh pelanggan Telkomsel yang memiliki Poin dari pengisian pulsa, pengisian data maupun pemakaiaan kartu Halo. Telkomsel membuat berbagai macam program loyalty baik yang bersifat bulanan, mingguan maupun thematic. Dalam kesempatan ini Telkomsel Poin membuat program khusus bagi pelanggan yang terpilih menyaksikan ajang balapan MotoGP 2022 yang diselenggarakan di sirkuit Mandalika Lombok. Mekanismenya, pelanggan Telkomsel melakukan redeem Poin di periode tertentu. Layanan Telkomsel di MOTOGP Mandalika meliputi beberapa hal seperti aktivasi layanan 5G, Upgrade atau ganti kartu, Isi ulang pulsa, Telkomsel Orbit, Registrasi Telkomsel Prabayar bagi tamu mancanegara. Media campaign yang dilakukan seperti melalui asset media digital channel, media digital placement, Google. Tujuannya agar bisa mencakup seluruh segmen dengan menggunakan metode story, how, audience, reach and excellence.

  3. Pengendalian Misregister pada Cetakan Kemasan Karton di Mesin Offset

    The offset printing system dominates for the number of prints with medium to small quantities, in the printing process it requires skills and techniques in the printing process from the design process, to the manufacture of offset plates. Many problems that often arise from paper materials and printing techniques, efforts to control the problem of misregister printing on offset sheet-fed machines come from paper that is not angled and from machine factors because the machine is not maintained and because the number of prints is small so the operator ignores the printing process procedure the data is taken from the Pareto analysis tool to the printing process at Indah Sakti Printing on Rawamagun Roast Chicken packaging located in Central Jakarta. From the factors causing problems in the process of printing the “Panggang Rawamangun†cardboard packaging on the SM 52 offset sheet-fed machine, the problem is that the gripper pressure is not right so that the print register is difficult to reach and often changes. How to control the prints in the process of printing cardboard packaging by applying the design to be printed in order to minimize the cause of this print misregisters. on the SM 52 offset sheet-fed machine.

  4. Analisis User Experience terhadap User Interface Website dengan Design Thinking: (Studi Kasus: Asuransi Online Superyou.co.id)

    The user interface is closely related to the user experience which is the key success of a website because a good design is not only aesthetic but also expected to be useful for its users. This study aims to analyze the user experience of the website’s user interface through design thinking so that can improve user understanding of the Superyou.co.id website. The research methodology is descriptive and qualitative in the form of written words from people and observed behavior with a human- centered approach through the stages of design thinking. Data was collected through interviews with users, company stakeholders, non-participant observation, and usability test in the 24-45 year age group as well as conducting a literature study. The study results show that users do not understand the information on the website both visually and content so they difficult to understand the purchase flow, causing disinterest and distrust of SuperYou.

  5. Pengendalian Kualitas Kemasan Fleksibel dalam Meminimalisasi Produk Cacat pada Proses Laminasi Ekstrusi

    This research is based on the total loss of X company in April 2022 which exceeds the specified standard. The extrusion lamination process is a part that produces many defective products. Therefore, this study is aimed at finding the dominant problem that occurs in the extrusion lamination process and reducing defective products in the extrusion lamination process according to the cause. This study was structured using quantitative methods with a causal research design that states a cause-and-effect relationship. The analysis technique in this study uses Pareto diagrams, FMEA and causal diagram as problem solving tools. The results of the study show that the cause of uneven lamination in the extrusion lamination process at PT X is caused by the lack of human resource capabilities, poor quality control systems, and poorly maintained machines. This research produces suggestions for improvements that can be used by the company to make preventive steps in the next extrusion lamination process.
